My wife and I stopped here on Dec. 13 on our way from Nebraska to Hermann, Mo, and we were quite impressed with the beer selection. David, who was the bartender at the time, was quite knowledgeable about the various beers and was friendly and very engaging. We sampled the Dog Days Wheat, Big Head Red, Second Breakfast Porter and Where Angels Fear to Tread--all outstanding beers, especially the last one that is barrel aged. Thank you David for making us feel welcome and for spending time with us--it was a great experience. We have been to many breweries around the country and this one is certainly one of the best we have been to. The folks of Blue Springs who love craft beer are very lucky to have this place. Good luck and we will definitely stop here again our next time in this area.
